Aam Aadmi Party’s star campaigner and Sangrur Lok Sabha MP Bhagwant Mann claimed that action against Sukhpal Khaira will be taken soon.
Talking to a private channel in Jalandhar, Bhagwant claimed Khaira intends to break the party.
The member parliament said that many attempts have been made to reach to a compromise with Khaira, but Khaira remains stubborn.
He said that before the Assembly session yesterday, Harvinder Singh Phoolka and later Sarvjit Kaur Manuke tried to persuade Khaira, but he denied.
On Khaira’s claim that 99 percent of AAP workers were working with his group, Mann replied that these are all false claims, real scenario is different.
However, Bhagwant went round the question about the gathering to be held at Rakhar Punia in Baba Bakala.
Mann said that conference at Baba Bakala on Sunday is not a strength show.
Bhagwant also commented on the span of Punjab’s Monsoon session, he said that 2 days session is not sufficient to consider all the matters of Punjab.
Towards the end, Mann advised Khaira that though he is no longer the Leader of Opposition, but he still has the right to raise the issues of Punjab in the assembly.
