Bose Corporation which designs, develops and sells audio equipments throughout the world has introduced the new revolutionary Bose Frames in India.
Bose’s latest offering is a wearable in the form of sunglasses claimed to offer the functionality and performance of a wireless headphone and the world’s first audio augmented reality platform.
Director of Bose Frames, Mehul Trivedi said, “With the new lens options, they’re more versatile premium sunglasses. But when you turn them on, they function like headphones, instantly connecting to your phone, contacts, the web, and all its audible content. Frames have taken the wearable category by storm since their U.S. release six months ago, and we’re really excited to bring their groundbreaking performance — and new accessories — to people all over the world.”

With the open-ear design, the Frames is said to enhance personal audio, micro-acoustics, voice controls and access virtual assistants (Siri and Google Assistant) from – while keeping playlists, entertainment, and conversations private.
The tiniest, thinnest, most lightweight Bose system ever featured by Bose has an ultra-small microphone and a multi-function button, which allows for touch and voice controls.
Bose Frames which are compatible with Bose AR use a lithium battery that offers up to 3.5 hours of playback and connects to an included pogo-pin cable for charging.
The Bose Frames will go on sale in India starting from June 20th and will carry a price tag of INR 21,900. Not just that the polarized and non-polarized lenses for Frames will be available for Rs 2,990 and Rs 1,990 respectively.
