India vs. Australia

India vs. Australia: India’s young opener Prithvi Shaw has been ruled out of the first Test against Australia in Adelaide beginning on December 6.

Prithvi Pankaj Shaw suffered injuries during a practice match against Australia XI.

The left foot turned so badly that Prithvi could not even stand.

The incident took place on the third day during a practice match against team Australia on the Sydney Cricket Ground.

In fact, the 19-year-old Prithvi, who played brilliant innings of 66 runs, was injured in an attempt to seize deep mid-wicket boundary while fielding.

Subsequently, Team India Medical staff arrived immediately run to the boundary, but when Shaw was not showing any improvement even after giving primary assistance, he was taken out of the field.

After that Prithvi was taken for a scan to the hospital.

The BCCI tweeted that the medical team is assessing Prithvi Shaw at the moment. He hurt his left ankle while attempting to take a catch at the boundary ropes. Shaw is being taken to the hospital for scans.

It is to be seen now that in the first Test, which begins on December 6, the Indian team will rely on which player as an opening batsman.
