In the fifth and final One-day International (ODI), team West Indies’s Captain Jason Holder won the toss and chose to bat against team India.

Team India will aim to clinch the five-match series with a win in the fifth ODI in Thiruvananthapuram on Thursday after a massive 224-run victory in the 4th ODI against the Windies.

India is leading the five-match series with 2-1 and going into the fifth and final ODI, the match can witness a tie.

The hosts are looking to knuckle down their eighth consecutive series win over the Windies with top-order batsmen Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Ambati Rayudu in good touch.

Last time, the West Indies won was back in 2006.

Also, the rain is likely to hit in the afternoon at Thiruvananthapuram, which might get the game delayed.

However, team India will hope to take the momentum into the game decider.
