United States of America is a very wrong place to question people’s patriotism said the ex-president of US Barack Obama in a very cheeky comment to the current President Donlad Trump.
Obama made it clear that it is quite wrong on anyone’s part to use their position, to attack people and then showing concerns about the courteousness.
“I would like to think that everybody in America would think it’s wrong to spend all your time from a position of power vilifying people, questioning their patriotism, calling them enemies of the people and then suddenly pretending that you’re concerned about civility,” he told a cheering crowd.
It was supposedly a faint jab from the previous President on the current President for his repeated attacks on the freedom of the press.
Pertinently, Donlad Trump has a habit of screaming “enemy of the people and fake news” on every news which goes against him.
Barack was of the view that it is must not be democratic to threaten the freedom of press, because you are not liking what they are saying.
