AAP Cornered Congress For Not Telecasting Vidhan Sabha Session live

Punjab and Haryana High Court ordered, some time back that the proceedings of the Punjab Legislative Assembly must be broadcasted live on Television and it is still not happening.

Today Aam Adami Party Punjab cornered Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee on the above matter and stated that they have already written to the Speaker of house Rana KP Singh, but all in vain.

Now, AAP has written a letter to the speaker again asking for the live session of the current session of the legislation.

AAP MLA Aman Arora said that according to the order of the High Court, the Speaker should take a decision regarding this, to complete the process rather than avoiding it.

Arora said that the live telecast of the proceeding will only increase the trust of people into their leaders.

He demanded that the broadcast of the action of all the members of all parties must be shown live rather than just showing the brighter side of the ruling party.

Arora said that if the Speaker did not take any action on this, he would be forced to go to the High Court again for justice.
