Last year’s number one actor, George Clooney, who reaped a windfall from the sale of his tequila company, has dropped out of the top 10.
Where on one hand Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan failed to find a spot on the Forbes, Bollywood’s Khiladi Akshay Kumar has become the only Indian to feature in the list.
Akshay is among the world’s 100 highest-paid celebrities in the 2019 Forbes list.
Securing the 33rd spot, the 51-year-old actor has managed to beat some famous names like Rihanna, Bradley Cooper, Scarlett Johansson, Katy Perry, and many others.
Earlier, Akshay was ranked 76th on the Forbes 2018 list with earnings of Rs 270 crore (USD 40.5 million).
