They Complained to Speaker To Remove Khaira from MLAship

The problems of Sukhpal Singh Khaira, the MLA from Bholath, who was suspended and later left the Aam  Admi Party, to form his own Punjabi Ekta Party.

In order to disrupt Sukhpal Khaira as MLA, a person named Harsimran has written a letter to the Speaker of Punjab Vidhan Sabha, Rana KP Singh.

The writer of this letter has been seeking the dismissal of ex-Congressman Sukhpal Singh Khaira, as a legislator under the party change/swap law.

Khaira in year 2017 became a legislator from Aam Aadmi Party and now he has left the party, to make his own party under the name of Punjabi Ekta Party.

On the other hand, Khaira said that he would not resign as MLA, if anyone has problem with it or the AAP wants him to be removed from the MLAship, they can complain to the speaker.
