YouTuber Buys Town & Renamed “Gay Hell” To ..

A YouTuber brought a tiny town in Michigan and that’s not what makes it a big news.

The town he brought is situated in the U.S. state of Michigan and was named ‘Hell’ from last 178 years.

Musician and comedian, Elijah Daniel took his twitter handle and had not just announced his purchase but also declared the new name of the town as ‘Gay Hell’.


Giving the reasons that why Daniel brought the town and renamed it, the YouTube cleared the air by his tweets. To protest against the ban on rainbow flags at US embassies during Pride month, instituted by Donald Trump’s administration. “I bought the whole town,” as he tweeted.


The 25-year-old YouTuber gave another reason which explained his action adding that he was told his whole life he would go to hell for being gay.


Daniel, who has more than 500,000 subscribers on YouTube, tweets quoted, “The only flags allowed to fly are pride.”


Later, Daniel in an interview said that his flag rule is intended as a joke and there will not be a ban on other flags.
